OBJECTIVE

C.E.K. & Partners was engaged to reposition the Loyalty Solutions division against solution providers not tied to a payment processor. TSYS Loyalty sought

to gain awareness and further define their role with cultivating relationships between FIs and their customers.

OUR ROLE 

We lead the market research and strategic process for positioning Loyalty. Once established, we lead the execution of the digital marketing asset and content development process. This included launching a microsite, case studies, a leadership  video series, articles, press releases and industry presentations.

RESULT

The repositioning provided the division a refreshed communication platform and has supported

business expansion initiatives.
